Managing multiple subbrands in a single feed
Building upon a strong digital foundation, KWT Global used GBT’s rebrand as an opportunity to revisit its entire approach to social. With the new brand positioning and their #WithYou narrative, we were able to focus our content on the people, passion, and progress driving the business success. Our multi-platform content strategies supported GBT’s core brand as well as two of its most prominent business groups - Hotel and Meetings & Events.
We’ve developed a systematic approach for design that creates a cohesive LinkedIn and Twitter feed while delivering ownable content for each of the business groups leveraging the @amexgbt handle. This approach to content allows the team to flex, jumping into trending industry conversations, developing bespoke content strategies for live events and exploring more complex creative lifts like video production and light animation.
